We are pleased to introduce the Sheelytown Limited Cooperative Association (LCA), a unique opportunity to become part of an exciting development project designed to revitalize the Sheelytown neighborhood. This cooperative initiative seeks to empower local businesses by providing access to subsidized financing and commercial property ownership, enabling them to thrive in a vibrant, community-focused environment.

As a potential patron member of the Sheelytown LCA, you will have the opportunity to:

• Access subsidized financing for the purchase of new commercial property.

• Own property through the LCA that is developed and constructed by Venture Community Capital (VCC) and Community Construction & Development. You will receive immediate equity in the property, with the option to eventually own the property outright.

• Participate in a cooperative model that fosters mutual support and growth among local businesses.
